We loved everything. The location and views are without equal, with many amazing restaurants just a short walk away. Our room was large and comfortable. The maids do a lovely job of keeping the room clean, even washing our cups and dishes (which was totally unexpected), and folding clothes we accidently left on the bed. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of food to choose from, and I probably got something different every day. The pool is nice and clean. There are also loungers and umbrellas on the beach that hotel guests can use for free. The hotel can arrange transfers to locations all over the island and can also set up tours for guests.

My sister and I loved Perissa. We spent our first day on a 12-hour tour of the island and got a great overview of Santorini. We spent a day in Fira and decided that we made the right decision for us to stay in Perissa. It is more lowkey than some of the other villages you can stay at on Santorini, but it was perfect for us.

It is a typical town for blissful relaxation, where there isn't much to explore, apart from climbing the mountain to see the ancient city Fira ruins or admiring the Kamari and airport views. The main purpose of people coming here is to lounge on the beach.

Perissa served as a wonderful station for our trip to Santorini. I was far more interested in the history of the island and seeing everything Santorini had to offer. If you are looking for a beach vacation with anything you might need within walking distance, then Perissa would be perfect for your stay. However, Perssia also proved to be a great station to start and end each day.

Perissa is my favourite place to stay on Santorini.
Perissa is my favourite place to stay on Santorini. There are plenty of great restaurants, mini markets, a large supermarket, two 24-hour bakeries and a fantastic beach with sunbeds, many of the free if you buy a drink or food. Getting around is easy, most places are within walking distance of the beach and there is a small tourist train that runs along the beach from Perissa to Vlychada via Perivolos Beach. You can get on, or off wherever you like. The local buses to Fira are reasonably frequent and handy to see other parts of the island if you don't have a car or quad bike. For dinner, I'd recommend the Acropolis, Apollon and Noma Restaurants.
with family, Perissa beach is undoubtedly the best place to be in Santorini. The hotel is very close to the beach, a multitude of restaurants, markets and water sport center (at the beach). the pool is quite good, but the sun hits the pool for a very few minutes during the day; sometimes I my daughter complained about the temperature due to cold winds.
the breakfast buffet is fair for the price.
hotel staff is super friendly and support with everything from transfer to emergency calls. thumbs up!

Our stay was extremely pleasant. We enjoyed the island. We used the city bus to travel around Santorini and comeback to hotel to sleep. Location of the hotel was very nice. It is in the center of the quite village Perissa, so close the black beach and bus stop is few meters away. Artemis was very helpful and kind. She helped us to arrange Covid documents with a smile.
Malina also was very kind and kept our room tidy and clean.
Thank you for everything.
I would definitely comeback.
Lovely hotel that is 2 mins walk to Perissa beach. Spacious and clean room.
Anna is the best receptionist I have ever met :))
She gave us lots of good tips about Santorini, all were true!!
There is a local car rental store right next to the hotel so it’s very convenient for us to rent & drive around to explore the island (best way to explore this island is really to rent a car, it’s not that tricky to drive here as you thought it would be!)
Everything was perfect for us, breakfast amazing, loved the Santorini eggs, salad, Greek yoghurt, fresh bread and fruit, plenty of choice. Bedding and towels changed every day, and room and hotel spotlessly clean. Staff really friendly and helpful couldn't do enough for us, Maria. You were great and didn't take the other lovely ladies' names, but thank you 😊 oh and Thomas, the cat.
The shower was amazing not what we're used to in Greece.
The location was great (10-15 minute walk to the Perissa beach) and the villa was perfect and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and the hot tub (but make sure not to get sunburnt like we did though or you’ll regret it). The staff were really friendly and helpful and left us a really nice gift at the end of our stay. It was our first time in Santorini, but the Modern Dome Homes by far felt like the best villas on the island.
Pleasant host, but: dirty towels. Tiny bedroom, tiny window, felt like a jail cell; there was no water in the fridge(Santorini’s water is not drinkable), no key on the door after hours, no a/c; thin mattress, squeaky bed, not worth 120 Euros.host helped with some issues, was nice, but the room15A was not a good place to be on your first day of vacation action after two flights! Did not get much sleep at all.

The property is at a perfect location in Perissa 5 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, cafes, beach bars, bus stop. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious with balcony, bathroom, fridge and cooking facilities. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Beds are comfortable. This property is a very good value for price. Thank you Cindy, Dimitris and Haris!
Very nice lady Arietta on our arrival provide us fruit, bottle of wine and bottle of water. Our apartman was cooled from aircondition. It was clean, cosy and tidy. We sat at beautiful big garden under big trees (which is very rare in Santorini) so we could sat in shade. The place is quiet and private. Landlords will kindly help you with any problem you have. We love it!
Evelina Pension was fantastic! Kostas was a wonder host - helpful, friendly and welcoming. Our rooms had lovely balconies and were clean and well appointed. The location is in the heart of beautiful Perissa beach and across the road from the bus station, where you can catch the excellent local buses to anywhere else on Santorini. We would definitely stay there again!
Really cute stay, simple but cute design and has all the basics you need. It’s just across the street from the beach, and the prettiest beach in Santorini at that. Also really well located to explore the beach shacks. In the morning you can hear the ocean from bed. We enjoyed our stay here.
The Staff and this Hotel were incredible would recommend and will go back. Its a great location to chill on Santorini! Its beautiful, the rooms are great, close to restaurants and has 2 pools and its own area on the black beach!
They will help with Airport transfers, tours, and spa.
Clean room with comfy bed. Hot breakfast served to you rather than buffet. Quiet place to stay away from the tourist crowd of Santorini. Bus stop was just 3 min walk. wifi was fast enough. Lot of parking space. Location is near sea beach.
The owner Sir John was so kind, nice & very accommodating, I highly recommended their place when you want to stay in Santorini. Near in all vicinity like f restaurant, market, bakery & 10 minutes walk in beach.🙏😊👏
Exceptionally the best host I ever met, but the location is far from Santorini center OIA and FIRA, it is located in a nice town Perissa which is close to the airport, this apart has basic services.
Everything was perfect! Voula I s an amazing person and made our stay the best it could be. Perissa beach is the perfect place to stay in Santorini! We will be back!
Good place if you don't plan to stay much in the room during your stay. Nice location, the prices in Perissa were very cheap compared to other places in Santorini.
